Twenty three miles east of Bordeaux. the ancient town of St. Emillion bewitched vistors with its vineyards, cobblestone streets and cavernous underground church. Possible to visit 9th cnetury Eglise Monilithe, alone with the cave of the hermit saint for whom the village is named.
